Unless there is a prior agreement between the parties, all delivery dates are estimated and we make every effort to ensure the shipment arrives on time with the shipping companies.
Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon receipt. In the event of any damage to or loss of the shipment, the store assumes full responsibility.
The store has the right to change prices under any circumstances except for what is recorded on the invoice.
In the event of any damage to the product, such as breakage or shortage, the store bears full responsibility for that. The buyer must contact the store within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, after which the buyer is not entitled to claim the costs of the damage if it exists.
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the store's liability for any claims related to the products shall not exceed the amount stated on the invoice, less shipping costs. The buyer must file any claim for damage within 3 days of receiving the shipment; if this period is exceeded, the store reserves the right to refuse the claim.
If a prepayment method is chosen, the buyer is entitled to a refund if the order is not delivered within 7 business days.
